With HomeNow, our new online customer application, you have 24/7 access to your mortgage-in-progress and the ability to track your loan from application to closing. Our secure process keeps your information safe, gives you a direct line of communication with your loan officer, and provides a simple and transparent mortgage process in a mobile friendly online platform.
The process allows you to start an application and come back to it if you need to gather information or start and submit in the same sitting. The menu on the left will guide you through the application and provide details as you progress.
You can log back in at any time to complete the application or make updates. Once you have entered all your information, simply click Submit my Application. Your loan application will be sent to your loan officer for review. You can get pre-qualified in as little as 30 minutes!
Once your loan application has been submitted, your HomeNow account dashboard will show you tasks you need to complete and any communication from your loan officer. Notifications will be sent to you by email alerting you of status updates, messages and documents needed for your loan application so you know where and what is needed to keep the process on track.
Stay in contact with your loan officer through the Dashboard by using the text box and clicking Post. The message will drop into the message feed and your loan officer will receive an email alert you sent them a message. You can view sent and received messages on the Stream tab.
The Task tab will show you the documents or information we need from you in order to get your loan application closed! These tasks are sent during different stages of the process.
Viewing the Calendar tab is another convenient way to see when tasks are due – The difference is that the Calendar shows you how many tasks are due on a particular day!
Upload your documents simply as PDFs, jpegs and other digital formats for our loan processors to review and provide feedback quickly if other items are needed.
Each time your loan application moves to the next stage of the process, you will be notified by email to make sure you understand where your application is and how much longer you can expect.
Don’t get up. You can access and complete every aspect of your mortgage application from your living room. But, if you prefer, you also have access to your local loan officer in their office. It’s totally up to you. The only thing you have to get up for is to close on your loan application and get the key to your new home!
