Launching the second week of January 2017, the new portal has enhanced self-service features and exciting upgrades to provide you with detailed information regarding your mortgage loan and access to make changes and payments in a snap.
Here's a quick guide to getting started with the new website, as well as the important details you need to know about the website upgrade.
There are two ways to log in to the new Customer CareNet website.
You can use the new web address, bankofoklahoma.ccn.com, which will be available once the new site launches.
... or you can log in through our website home page as shown below. Select Mortgage from the drop down menu to log in.
To access your account in Customer CareNet, you will need to register for online mortgage access by clicking the New User Enrollment button (shown below). If you were previously registered on our retiring mortgage servicing website, you will need to a new registration to acess Customer CareNet. Your mortgage loan number will not change with this update.
Create a new login and password in a few easy steps. Be sure to have your loan number and social security number available to create a new user profile. The registration page is encrypted to keep your personal information safe.
After logging in, the Account Home Page provides immediate and convenient access to your mortgage loan summary. Now you can see all your mortgage details using the navigation menu at the top of the page. Read on to learn more about what you can do.
Use the My Loan menu option to view the details of your loan activity including current principal, payments, and escrow.
Using the Payments menu option, one-time draft payments of your mortgage will be faster and easier than ever to view and manage. You can also set up monthly recurring mortgage payments and have the option to include additional principal.

Set up recurring auto draft payments to occur each month.
Change your password, add additional loans and update your contact information with a few clicks under My Profile.
Get alerts for mortgage payments posted or disbursement of taxes and insurance right from the My Profile menu option.
Access to your online statements is right at your fingertips under the Statements and Documents tab. You can view and download these documents any time.
When you sign up for e-statements, you can turn off paper statements completely. You'll still be able to access your statements online, and you'll get a notification when new statements are available.
